AAUW is a community that breaks through educational and economic barriers so that all women have a fair chance. AAUW’s mission is to advance equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research.
Membership is open to anyone holding an associate or equivalent (RN), baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university. In addition to supporting the national AAUW initiatives, our branch supports the New Jersey Tech Trek program, The Alice Paul Institute with scholarships for their annual Leadership Institute for young girls and the Rowan University Food Bank.
